Qualitative - In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) pre and post vaccine program - Message / Program Awareness - Program Evaluation

Objective

A review of the MR-SIA campaign in Nepal from all stakeholders, from on-the-ground implementers at health facility and community levels (vaccinators and FCHVs) to federal functionaries involved in the strategic planning, facilitating, and monitoring of the campaign. Understand how, and how well, the program ran, how it reached the under-immunised populations, what could have been improved, needs created from the program, and needs met by the program

Phase 1 - 2020: n=6 federal-level staff and staff from 6 health facilities Phase 2 - 2021: n=30 staff from higher levels of healthcare provision (5 from the provincial level, 10 from the district level and 15 from the palika level), and staff from 17 healthcare facilities

Outputs

All research tools (Screeners, 4 Discussion Guides, Show Cards, Review of Quant Survey) 2 word reports and full qualitative analysis, and analysis utilsing WHO-specified program evaluation constructs
